Upsert turned a year old in October; it goes without saying that this has been an interesting year to run a business let alone start one. Had I known what societal issues laid ahead in our first year of operation, I do not think I would have had anywhere near the confidence to embark on our business I had last year.

Jerry and I had conservative estimates on where Upsert would be after our first year; we consider ourselves to be fortunate in the position we are in today. In our first year, we:

• Launched our partnership with SugarCRM and monday.com
• Procured customers ranging in size from small to Fortune 100
• Released our first plug-in: Upsert^® Sudo
• Organically composed a team of 8 employees and 4 contractors emphasizing our commitment to industry excellence with  a combined 70+ years of SugarCRM expertise

That last bullet point is the one we are most proud to achieve; it would not have been possible without the first 3 bullets. Growing a team and culture enables us to provide an environment for individuals to build their careers and continue delivering our vision of unparalleled expertise and customer service to an expanding customer base. As we look to 2021, we will accomplish the following:

• Augment our plug-in offerings that help customers optimize their business processes and elevate user adoption
• Grow the team to meet the service needs of our increasing book of customers and add new functions (e.g. marketing)
